2021 FORMULA 4 DRIVER

Jake Bonilla is a United States Formula 4 race-car driver from San Antonio, TX. He is a first generation race-car driver, who despite not having any karting experience, quickly became competitive in open wheel racing.

He made his Rookie Season, racing debut in the 2020 F4 US Championship, consistently finishing in the Top 10. Among his best rookie finishes were a pair of 7th place finishes, at Homestead-Miami Speedway and at the Circuit of the America's.

In 2021, Jake returned for his Sophomore year in the F4 US Championship.  He scored multiple Top 5 finishes, but was most impressive in the F4 season finale at the United States F1 Grand Prix, in front of over 200,000 racing fans. He out-qualified a field of 33 international drivers to start in the front row and finished in 4th place.

With only two years of racing experience, Jake will race in 2022 for the well known Championship Team "DEForce Racing"to take the next step in his racing career.
